Description:

Cap material: brass.

The composition does not induce barrel corrosion. Basic dimensions:

-  diameter (D) – 5.06_{-0,05 mm};

-  height (Н) – 2.7_{-0,35 mm};

-  height of pressed composition together with the height of the cup bottom and the ring – 1.47_{-0,12 mm}.

 

Features:

-  transportation safety; ignition resistance at exposure to shaking on standard device at 60 strokes per minute from the height of 150 mm within 4 min;

-  safety under falling load of 0.250 kg from the height of 100 mm;

-  responds to falling load of 0.250 kg from the height of 240 mm after exposure to increased humidity within 4 hours;

-  effective (ignites powder and provides for gas obturation in the cap  seat when shooting) at the ambient temperature of plus 50°С to minus 50°С.

Use conditions:

Primers are efficient at the ambient temperature of plus 50°С to minus 50°С.

 

Storage conditions:

In accordance with effective requirements for storing explosives.

Warranty storage period in a sealed pack is 10 years, in a non-sealed pack 2 years.
