The device pulverizing with blocking explosive network (URsB) applies complete with the non-electric initiating system of blasthole charges SINV-SH. URsB it is intended for maintenance the preliminary inertization of the working area of the excavation before explosion blast-hole charges at conducting explosive works in the coal mines dangerous on gas or a dust. Temperature of operation of the device from plus 35°C up to a minus 35°C. Into the device enters the safety electrodetonator with electric resistance from 1,8 up to 3,0 Ohm having lead-out in length of 2,7 m. Under the application of the consumer it is supposed to complete URsB with a safety electrodetonator of the lowered sensitivity or with electronic delay. URsB forms a cloud sprayed the extinguishing fire powder through 40 ìñ after operation of spraying charge in diameter not less than 8 m.
Spraying charge of the device at operation initiates up to 20 shock wave tubes of the non-electric initiating system of blast-hole charges SINV-SH.
