ISKRA-T Electronic initiating system

ISKRA-T is an electronic delay initiation system based on shock tube and blasting cap. ISKRA-T combines the accuracy of electronic firing systems and convenience and ease of assembly of non-electric firing systems with shock tube. It is used for surface blasting and basting operations in gas and dust safe underground mines and pits.

Advantages of ISKRA-T systems:
– reduced seismic impact of blasting operations on adjacent infrastructure

– the opportunity of reducing explosives consumption 10-15 % under same drilling and blasting conditions

– delay timing precision
– easy and quick assembly of blasting circuit, same as when applying SINV systems;

– no additional training for blasters

– the opportunity to design blasting by setting any constant delay series between holes and separate delay series between lines, as well as staggered delay series.

ISKRA-T Specification:
– delay series range: 0.001 sec to 30 sec;
– discrete delay setting: 0.001 sec;
– delay accuracy: ± 0.5 ms;
– operating temperature range: - 50°C to +85°C;

– water resistance: 10 days at the depth of 50 m;
– static electricity resistance: 10 kW/200 pF;
– classification code: 1.1
Â

– 1.4S (in mass-inexplosive packing)
