Paper incendiary cartridges ZP-B
The incendiary cartridges ZP-B are designed for simultaneous ignition the section bunch of a blasting fuse placed in a shell, with the aid of blasting fuse sections or the blasting fuse electric igniter EZ-OSII They are approved for use in dry places except mines, which are dangerous for gas or dust at a temperature of an environment from -40° up to+50° C. The ZP-B cartridges are manufactured as one of five numbers, given in a table, depending on the quantity of insert into cartridges line segments. The cartridges are a water resistant paper or plastic shell, at the bottom of which there is a layer of incendiary composition. The upper open part of the shell is cut of six tabs with fillets. A bunch of OSH segments is inserted into the shell against the stop (as far as it will go) and fixed by compression of tabsaround the bunch by a rubber ring or packthread.
The cartridge ignition is done by one of the OSH segments. Besides, the electric igniter EZ-OSH-M inserted into the cartridge instead of one of OSH segments, can be used. The cartridges ZP-B are delivered in wooden boxes of 470x440x270 mm size. The following cartridges are packed in one box: ZP-B-1 1080 pieces, ZP-B-2 1360 pieces, ZP-B-3 945 pieces, ZP-B-4 648 pieces, ZP-B-5 495 pieces. Number of UN 0131, Classification code1.4S.
