The detonator intermediate small-sized (DPM) is intended for initiation a blast-hole charges and other charges of industrial explosives of II class at a pneumatic loading as an intermediate detonator at realization of explosive works in an underground opening of the mines (shafts) not dangerous on gas or a dust, and on a terrestrial surface in dry and watered blast-holes and holes. The temperature of application DPM: from plus 60 ºС up to a minus 50 ºС. DPM perceives an initiating pulse from the hole initiating devices with delay and blast-hole initiating devices with delay (SINV-S , SINV-SH ), a blasting cap КD-8МА , electric detonators. Application of intermediate small-sized detonators at a pneumo-loading allows the process of manufacturing of a primed blasting cartridge to simplify and to provide. Thus productivity of the pneumo-loading raises and a process of loading become simpler and facter and also the level of safety of explosive works raises.

   Depending on a design and a material of the case is issued several types DPM:
– DPM-3 – with the pressed charge with the plastic case;
– DPM-3-B1 – with the pressed charge with the paper case;
– DPM-3-B2 – with the strengthened pressed charge with the paper case.
   In an aperture intended for installation of a blastingcap, fixing element which keeps a blasting-cap in DPM is stipulated.
